This photo makes us want to eat the screen. This all plant-based loco moco is made from a Beyond Meat patty, a red wine and mushroom gravy, local kim chee, and of course, 'two scoop rice'. Just spread a little dijon mustard on top and dig in!


All of the plant-based food ideas and photos are from our home. We simply want to share what we eat and let you know that it is all possible even with minimal culinary skills.
