Jackfruit and Artichoke Crab Cakes



"Dinner Party Please!"

These are always a big hit at our house. They are usually accompanied by a dinner party!

Crispy on the outside, soft and luxurious on the inside. The 'crab' is ususally artichoke hearts and heart of palm. In this case we substituted jackfruit for the heart of palm. Can be baked or pan seared. Use Sour Creamtastic as a base for the Chipotle Tartar Sauce to drizzle on top.
